Session Description: Successful recycling is a full circle, three-step process. It begins with collecting and separating recyclable materials. Manufacturers then convert these raw materials into new products. Finally, the recycled products return to the marketplace as new consumer goods. This session provides an overview of the standards and regulations that govern the marketing of recycled products; the key elements of a Buy Recycled Program; and compliance with quality and regulatory standards for recycled products.
