SWANApalooza 2017 Exhibitor Registration Details

Exhibitors at SWANApalooza 2017 receive two complimentary conference badges for every 100 square feet of booth space rented.

To register your booth personnel for SWANApalooza, complete the following steps:

  1. Go to the SWANApalooza Registration Site.
  2. If the person who you are registering is a SWANA member, click the SWANA Member Register Now! button.

    If the person who you are registering is NOT a SWANA member, click the SWANA Non-Member Register Now! button.

  3. On the "Sign In" page, enter the person's email address, and then click "Start a New Registration".

  4. On the Next page, Select "All Access Conference Pass for Exhibitors" from the drop-down menu.

  5. Enter and verify your email address, then click Continue.
  6. Enter personal information for the exhibitor, then click Continue.
  7. On the Agenda page, you can add any Education Tours, 5K Run/Walk, Training Courses, Exams that require additional payment.
  8. At this point you can either click, 'Add Another Person" to add another booth personnel, or if you are done, click "Continue."
  9. Review your order and create a password for your registration account.
  10. Click "Finish" to process your registration.

Registration confirmations will be sent to the email that you entered.

If a company, registers for more booth personnel than is allowed by your exhibit contract, you will be charged the current registration rate for any additional booth personnel.

Sunday, March 26

12:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. Exhibit Installation

Monday, March 27

8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Exhibit Installation
6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Show Hours

Tuesday, March 28

7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Show Hours

Wednesday, March 29

7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Exhibit Dismantling

All exhibits must be staffed during show hours.

ALL EXHIBITS MUST BE SET BY 3:00 PM on Monday, March 27. After this time Show Management reserves the right to use any empty space in a way that will complement the overall appearance of the exposition. If you foresee any difficulty in meeting this deadline, you must request a variance. Please contact Judy Spargo at 703-679-3923 or email judy.spargo@spargoinc.com no later than 4:00 PM Sunday, March 26.

Only official contractors, exhibitor appointed contractors and exhibiting company personnel are permitted on the show floor during move-in and move-out.
No one under 18 is permitted on the show floor at any time.
