Conversion Technologies Committee

The Conversion Technologies Committee is focused on the advancement of waste conversion technologies (processes that repurpose, recycle or convert waste material into higher value added products beyond disposal). The committee will act as a technology-inclusive working group that offers a forum for experts to come together to discuss commercialization of new technologies, innovations on traditional technologies, optimal applications of each, as well as the synergies between complementary technologies.

Legislative and Regulatory Committee

Tracks current and pending legislation at the federal and state levels, providing comments and writing letters to elected officials in support of SWANA’s stance on key issues.

Program Committee
