SWANA Chapter Webinar Program

As a member benefit, SWANA Chapters purchase webinar credits to be used by chapter members. Members use these credits to attend SWANA Webinars at no cost to themselves or their employer.

How do I register?

If you are a member of a participating SWANA Chapter, you can sign up for any upcoming, live SWANA Webinar through SWANA Online.

  1. Go to the webinar event page you would like to attend and press the “Register” button.
  2. Proceed through the registration process as normal.
  3. At the page labeled “Shopping Cart,” press the “Enter Discount Codes” button. (Picture A)
  4. Enter Promotion Codes button
  5. Enter your Chapter-specific code in the “Debit Card Code” box. (Picture B)
  6. Chapter-Specific Debit Card Code
  7. Press the “Process” button. (Picture C)
  8. Process button
  9. Your order total for the webinar will now be $0.
  10. Press the “Pay By CC” button. (Picture D)
  11. Pay by CC button
  12. Without entering any credit card information, press “Submit Payment.” You will not be charged or invoiced for the webinar. (Picture E)
  13. Pay by CC button
  14. Upon submitting your order you will receive two emails from membership@swana.org. One will be your purchase information. The other will be the receipt and confirmation email containing the login instructions.

If your chapter code is not listed, email the contact listed above for the code. Use Webinar Chapter Discount Code in the subject line.


My Chapter Is Not Listed. How can my Chapter participate?

Contact your Chapter leadership and let them know of your interest in having your Chapter join the program. If you are a Chapter leader and want your chapter to subscribe to the program, contact Jesse Maxwell, Advocacy & eLearning Program Manager, at jmaxwell@swana.org or at (240) 494-2237.

How do I earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs)?

If you registered to attend the SWANA Webinar under your account, then CEUs will automatically be added to your record the following month.

If the SWANA Webinar was viewed as a group, please provide a sign-in sheet to certification@swana.org. (Not applicable to New Jersey Chapter members.)

The sign-in sheet should include the webinar date, the name of the person who registered to receive the logins, and have the name and SWANA ID Number of each of the participants.

If a participant does not have a SWANA ID Number, or they do not know what it is, please include their title, company, email, and address.
