Dick Mandeville

Dick Mandeville was inducted into the Landfill Gas Management Division Hall of Flame in 1997.

Dick was inducted because of his work with NRG NuFuel Co, Reserve Synthetic Fuels, Genstar Gas Recovery Systems, and Mandeville & Assoc., circa 1973–1993. Originally as an NRG employee, he negotiated first LFG development contracts with Los Angeles County Sanitation District, and Southern California Gas Co. at Palos Verdes. Dick then founded Gas Recovery Systems and Mandeville and Associates. He is also honored for his early work on CA and NSPS emission rules.
