Leroy Sparrow

I am Leroy Sparrow the Solid Waste, Transit, and Vehicle Services Director for the City of Tyler. I am a member of the Lone Star Chapter of SWANA. I have worked for the City of Tyler for 13 years, and I enjoy ensuring that these areas continually meet the needs of Tyler. I am happy to be on the DEI Committee this is a great opportunity to learn other best practices and assist with recommendation to the SWANA Board of Directors.
