Lorizelda Stoeller

Lorizelda Stoeller currently serves as a Deputy Public Works Director overseeing the Solid Waste Customer Engagement Services Division within the City of Phoenix Solid Waste Utility. The Customer Engagement Services team is responsible for enforcing the city’s solid waste code, providing customer education, and special programming related to solid waste collection services for nearly 400,000 residential customers. Lorizelda is an active member in SWANA, and serves as the Past-President for the Arizona Chapter. Lorizelda is excited to take part in the DEI Steering Committee focused on making SWANA and the solid waste industry an inclusive and welcoming industry for current and future professionals.
