Michael Rodgers

Michael Rodgers was inducted into the Landfill Gas Technical Division Hall of Flame in 2007.

Mike’s career in the landfill gas industry spans four decades, starting back in 1974, where he was a key player in the development and start-up of the nation’s first LFG recovery project at Palos Verdes, California. In 1985, Mike started Waste Energy Technology, Inc. (WET), the nation’s first company that exclusively provided LFG system design/construct services. 22 years later, WET is still recognized as an industry leader in providing those services to the landfill industry.
