Patrick Sullivan has more than 29 years of experience in environmental consulting, specializing in air quality, greenhouse gas (GHG), risk assessment, and landfill gas (LFG) issues. He is a senior vice president and managing director for SCS Engineers’ consulting and engineering operations in the Southwestern United States. He also is SCS’s national expert on the Clean Air Act and oversees national disciplines for GHG and risk assessment. Pat is the past director of the SWANA Landfill Gas and Biogas Technical Division and the director of the Mother Lode Chapter of the Air & Waste Management Association. He is an Accredited Lead Verifier under California Air Resources Board (CARB) AB 32 Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Program and a Board Certified Environmental Scientist, No. 15-ES009, under the American Academy of Environmental Engineers and Scientists (AAEES). He has published and/or presented more than 100 technical papers in industry publications and conferences.
