South Carolina Palmetto Chapter

In 2018, the South Carolina Palmetto chapter earned SWANA’s Chapter Safety Award. The Palmetto chapter organized and implemented hauler outreach events in 2017 and 2018 at MSW landfills, D&D landfills, and transfer stations. Throughout the state, the Palmetto chapter put vital safety resources into the hands of haulers of all sizes and raised the profile of both the chapter and SWANA safety.
