Tim Raibley

Tim Raibley, PE, is a licensed engineer and the founder of HDR’s organics management practice — a cross-discipline practice bringing water/wastewater, food/beverage and solid waste together to serve communities and industry. Based in Folsom, Tim is an expert on California’s progressive waste regulations and industry trends worldwide. He continually studies chemistry and biology necessary for successfully managing organic wastes for beneficial byproducts. He stays up to date with policies and regulations while keeping abreast of industry changes and technologies with anaerobic digestion and composting. Tim brings 40+ years of experience to the solid waste industry and has proven his expertise on an international level regarding facility development, engineering and design. His clients span public and private, with projects ranging from small composting operations to large volume transfer stations to state-of-the-art conversion technology facilities.
