Ms. Mary P. Shanks

Ms. Shanks has over 25 years of project management and engineering experience. She provides project management and engineering services for a number of types of infrastructure including landfills, transfer stations, and recycling projects. She has also assisted on solid waste and recycling studies and evaluation projects and materials recovery facility planning. Her experience includes permitting, transfer station and landfill siting and design, and long term planning projects.
