SWANA Training at RCon

SWANA is proud to bring premier training opportunities to RCon™.

SWANA trainings equip waste and resource management professionals with the knowledge and skills to ensure efficient and safe operations. The trainings offered allow you to build skillsets, acquire information, and keep up to date on practices within a particular focus area.

Those attending a SWANA training course at RCon will have the opportunity to both complete the course and take part in all that RCon offers.

Hybrid Courses Offered

Two courses were offered in a hybrid format at RCon 2025. A few weeks before RCon (once registration closed), course participants attended live, instructor-led virtual sessions covering specific modules of the courses. Once on-site in Columbus, attendees attended sessions with instructors in-person to complete instruction. Both virtual and in-person sessions were interactive and encouraged questions and discussion throughout. Each course also featured an onsite tour specifically tailored for course participants.
