Rana Mandour is a Project Engineer for the Solid Waste Management Practice within Tetra Tech in Edmonton, Canada. Rana is a Young Professional member and the Safety Ambassador for the Northern Lights Chapter, and has recently completed her term as part SWANA’s inaugural Young Professional Leadership Academy. As a passionate advocate for work within the DEI-sphere, Rana actively promotes DEI initiatives and action within the different communities that she is a part of, continues to learn and pass along the knowledge to those around her, and is excited to take these components while serving on SWANA’s DEI Steering Committee.
