The person taking the exam must register with their unique email address. This is used to deliver the access code needed to begin the exam. Check your spam folder for the email if the email does not arrive within one (1) hour of completing registration. You may pay by credit card, check or invoice. Check and invoice payments will delay access to the exam until payment is received.
In North America assistance is available Monday–Friday by phone at 1.866.348.7888 or by email at email@example.com from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern time. Outside North America, contact firstname.lastname@example.org during business hours. You may take the exam at any time, but it is recommended to take it during business hours in case technical support is needed. SWANA staff cannot help you with technical issues during testing.
