2026 RCon Exhibit Pricing
100 – 300 sq ft: $39/sq ft
400+ sq ft: $37/sq ft
Corner Booth Fee: $350/corner
(all pricing in USD)
Payment Schedule:
- Registrations received prior to April 20, 2026: 50% deposit due with application. Remaining balance due April 20, 2026.
- Registrations received on/after April 20, 2026: 100% balance due with application.
Cancellation Policy:
- Requests received by April 20, 2026: Will receive a 50% refund of the total exhibit cost (if only a 50% deposit has been paid at the point of cancellation; there will be no refund).
- Requests received after April 20, 2026: No refunds; full payment required.
2026 Exhibit Booth Registration Inclusions
Every RCon exhibit booth registration includes:
- 8' white back drape and 3' white side drape for all inline booths.
- 7"x44" company ID sign to be placed at the top of back drape for all inline booths (booths 400 sq ft or larger may request an ID sign if desired).
- Two complimentary RCon full conference registrations for exhibit personnel per 100 sq ft of exhibit space (maximum of 10 passes) + unlimited discount registrations for additional personnel ($725 for SWANA members / $875 for non-members)
- Exhibit listing in live floor plan and mobile app exhibitor directory
- Conference attendee list (to be distributed approximately 30 days prior to event), inclusive of attendee names, companies, and mailing and email addresses. Attendees do have the option to opt out of this distribution.
Exhibitors are not required to carpet booth spaces. Exhibit hall aisles will be carpeted in blue carpet.
Exhibit Hall Hours
- Tuesday, September 29: 5:30 – 7:30 PM (RCon Opening Reception in Exhibit Hall)
- Wednesday, September 30: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday, October 1: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
In an effort to give attendees enough time to visit with all the RCon exhibitors, the RCon schedule includes nine hours of dedicated exhibit hall time. During this time no other primary activities will be scheduled outside of the exhibit hall.
Exhibit Hall Load In / Load Out
- Monday, September 28: 3:00 – 8:00 PM
- Tuesday, September 29: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Thursday, October 1: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Friday, October 2: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Exhibitors displaying vehicles will receive communications from Shepard Event Services to schedule a designated load-in and load-out time.
