SWANA’s NEW YP Leadership Academy

Applications Due by November 15

The deadline is quickly approaching for SWANA’s new YP Leadership Academy! Young Professionals (35 years of age or younger) should apply to increase their awareness of solid waste issues, learn specific skills necessary to handle industry issues, and discover their personal leadership qualities and potential. This year-long program also includes two in-person sessions (retreat and graduation), a project addressing a challenge the industry is facing, and monthly 1-hour conference calls.
