2025 RCon Exhibit Pricing
100 – 300 sq ft: $38.50/sq ft
400+ sq ft: $36/sq ft
Corner Fee: $350/corner
(all pricing in USD)
Payment Schedule:
- Registrations received prior to June 6, 2025: 50% deposit due with application. Remaining balance due June 6, 2025.
- Registrations received on/after June 6, 2025: 100% balance due with application.
Cancellation Policy:
- Requests received by June 6, 2025: Will receive a 50% refund of the total exhibit cost (if only a 50% deposit has been paid at the point of cancellation; there will be no refund).
- Requests received after June 6, 2025: No refunds; full payment required.
2025 Exhibit Booth Registration Inclusions
Every RCon exhibit booth registration includes:
- 8' white back drape and 3' white side drape for all inline booths.
- 33" company ID sign to be placed at the top of back drape for all inline booths (booths 400 sq ft or larger may request an ID sign if desired).
- Two complimentary RCon full conference registrations for exhibit personnel per 100 sq ft of exhibit space (maximum of 10 passes) + unlimited discount registrations for additional personnel ($700 for SWANA members / $850 for non-members)
- Exhibit listing in live floor plan and mobile app exhibitor directory
- Conference attendee list (to be distributed approximately 30 days prior to event), inclusive of attendee names, companies, and mailing addresses (SWANA does not distribute email addresses).
Exhibitors are not required to carpet booth spaces. Please note the exhibit hall aisles will be carpeted in tuxedo (see Freeman Exhibitor Kit for carpet color samples).
