Registration Overview

RCon includes dynamic sessions, technical training, and experiential learning tours that will be held throughout the week to provide you with the flexibility to build your own agenda.  

SWANA offers a variety of registration options to accommodate budgets and schedules: 

  • SWANA members can register at a discounted rate.  
  • Non-members may register at the standard rates, or become a SWANA member to gain access to the discounted rates. 
  • Group discounts are available for organizations registering four or more people as a group.

    Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to rcon@swana.org. Refund eligibility is outlined below. 

    Requests received by September 9, 2026: 

    • Will receive a full refund of the registration fee, minus a $150 USD administration fee.
      Fees for tours or other add-on events are non-refundable.  
    • If a group registration size falls below 4, registration fees will be recalculated to the standard rate plus $150 USD administration fee per cancelled registrant; any remaining balance will be refunded.
      Members from a group registration can be replaced with someone from your organization. 

    Requests received after September 9, 2026

    • No refunds; full payment required for all purchased items. No shows will be invoiced.

    Accessibility

    SWANA is committed to providing an outstanding experience for all participants. We strive for full access to all RCon activities based on an awareness of participants’ needs and appropriate planning. Accessibility accommodations relating to mobility, hearing, vision, or other areas may be provided. 

    We ask that requests for reasonable accommodation be communicated via the registration process no later than Monday, September 14, 2026. On-site requests will be accommodated to the best of our ability; however, available resources may be limited.

    Note: Be on alert for phishing emails or calls claiming to be SWANA staff selling hotels, registrations or contact lists. Official communications regarding RCon will always come directly from a "swana.org" email address.
