400+ sq ft: $36/sq ft
Corner Fee: $350/corner
Payment Schedule:
- Registrations received prior to June 6, 2025: 50% deposit due with application
- Remaining balance due June 6, 2025
- Registrations received on/after June 6, 2025: 100% balance due with application
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to exhibits@swana.org.
- Requests received by June 6, 2025: will receive a 50% refund of the total exhibit cost (if only a 50% deposit has been paid at the point of cancellation; there will be no refund)
- Requests received after June 6, 2025: no refunds; full payment required
