SWANA is accepting applications for the 2024 Young Professional Leadership Academy (YPLA)!

This year-long program is designed to increase your awareness of solid waste issues, learn specific skills necessary to handle industry issues, and discover your personal leadership qualities and potential.

Apply by August 25, 2023, for priority consideration for the 2024 Young Professional Leadership Academy. Applications received after this date will be accepted on a rolling basis for the following year’s program.
