This exclusive gathering is designed specifically for SWANA Chapter Leaders, providing them with invaluable tools and information to enhance membership engagement at the Chapter level. By participating in Chapter Connect, you will have the opportunity to network with Chapter Leaders from your Region as well as across North America, fostering connections and sharing insights.

The primary focus of Chapter Connect is to empower Chapter Leaders by equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively lead and manage their chapters. Through engaging discussions and interactive sessions, you will delve into various aspects of chapter leadership and management, exploring strategies for improving member engagement, driving growth, and fostering a sense of community within your chapter. This event serves as a platform for Chapter Leaders to share best practices, learn from one another’s experiences, and gain fresh perspectives on effective leadership.

In addition to addressing the challenges and opportunities specific to chapter leadership, Chapter Connect also emphasizes the importance of the relationship between Chapter Leaders and SWANA HQ.
