SWANA hosted over 1,300 attendees from 50 states and territories, seven Canadian provinces, and eight different countries at WASTECON, October 21 – 24, 2024, in Grapevine, TX. WASTECON brought together a broad range of experts who shared their expertise on topics ranging from leachate management to state and national regulations to landfill gas monitoring and organizational culture change. These sessions demonstrated a blend of technical content and leadership-focused topics. One attendee shared, “I will take back to my organization the information I learned at WASTECON to help move our organization forward.”
