Registration Opens May 20!

Registration opens on Tuesday, May 20 with a two-day super sale exclusively for SWANA members, which will be the lowest rate available. Starting on Thursday, May 22, there will be an early-bird rate for members open through July 18. Group rates are available for organizations who register four or more people as a group. 

The conference includes general sessions, technical content, hybrid trainings, and technical and experiential learning tours to learn about local industry sites and programs, as well as time to visit key sites in the Columbus, Ohio, region. Gain new perspectives on how to address day-to-day challenges and an understanding of the emerging trends. The tours will be held throughout the conference, providing you with the scheduling flexibility to create your own learning journey with education, tours, and finding innovative solutions with industry professionals on the exhibit hall floor.

RCon Pricing

RCon registration will open at 12:00p.m. ET on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 to SWANA members for a 48-hour super-sale. This super-sale offers the lowest registration rate available to SWANA members at $700 USD  for a full registration. Additionally, the $700 super-sale will be offered in CAD for SWANA's Canadian members. This will be the only opportunity to register at this further discount. 

Registration opens to all other interested participants on May 22, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. ET. 

Following the super sale, SWANA members are eligible for a $100 USD discount off registration fees through July 18th.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to rcon@swana.org. Refund eligibility is outlined below. 

Requests received by October 22, 2025: 

  • Will receive a full refund of the registration fee, minus a $150 USD administration fee.
    Fees for tours or other add-on events are non-refundable.  
  • If a group registration size falls below 4, registration fees will be recalculated to the standard rate plus $150 USD administration fee per cancelled registrant; any remaining balance will be refunded.
    Members from a group registration can be replaced with someone from your organization. 

Requests received after October 22, 2025: 

  • No refunds; full payment required for all purchased items. No shows will be invoiced.

Accessibility

SWANA is committed to providing an outstanding experience for all participants. We strive for full access to all RCon activities based on an awareness of participants’ needs and appropriate planning. Accessibility accommodations relating to mobility, hearing, vision, or other areas may be provided. 

We ask that requests for reasonable accommodation be communicated via the registration process no later than Friday, October 24, 2025. On-site requests will be accommodated to the best of our ability; however, available resources may be limited.
