SWANA is committed to providing an outstanding experience for all participants. We strive for full access to all RCon activities based on an awareness of participants’ needs and appropriate planning. Accessibility accommodations relating to mobility, hearing, vision, or other areas may be provided. 

We ask that requests for reasonable accommodation be communicated via the registration process no later than Friday, October 24, 2025. On-site requests will be accommodated to the best of our ability; however, available resources may be limited.

Other Resources

Wheelchair or Scooter Rental 

  • Wheelchairs can be reserved from the Greater Columbus Convention Center’s Public Safety Department by calling (614) 827-2547. A member of this department will bring the wheelchair to you at RCon. You will be asked to exchange a photo ID for the wheelchair, which will be returned to you when you are finished using the chair. 
  • Electric scooters are available to rent through the Pride Ride program. You can reserve a scooter by calling 614-827-2531 and paying by credit card. 

Please note advanced reservations are encouraged for scooters and/or wheelchairs.
