This presentation will explain, at a high level, the jurisdictional requirements of SB 1383 and present examples of programs implemented throughout California and the rate and resource “staffing” impacts resulting from program implementation.

This webinar will be presented by Haley Kunert, Project Manager HF&H Consultants, LLC and will cover the cost range of various programs including unique funding mechanisms used to implement the programs at different staffing levels (jurisdiction staff, solid waste hauler, consultant, other, etc.).

Haley will touch on what jurisdictions of different sizes are doing who have different resources or who are contract cities while exploring the current and planned infrastructure and technology opportunities that jurisdictions have utilized or developed to meet the requirements and achieve early compliance.
