What to Expect at WASTECON this Year

In just a few short months, SWANA will be hosting its signature Executive Leadership Summit in San Diego, California - WASTECON®. Here is a preview of what you can expect.

With disruptions across every aspect of our industry, we have put together a high-impact agenda that addresses the hottest topics in waste management with practical ideas you can use to thrive through change.

Highlights in the agenda are the not-to-miss keynotes with inspiring speakers, including:

	Diego Ugalde, a retired Navy SEAL, will talk about building trust, effective leadership, and the value of tenacious resilience when faced with fast change and risk.
	Michael Patterson, CEO of Battle Motors, is a visionary entrepreneur with a passion for disruption. He will talk about the impact and future of electric vehicles for the solid waste industry.

Our program will address waste management hot topics in infrastructure, regulation, technology, the environment, stakeholder expectations, trust in government, along with budgets, manpower, and resources.
