The Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA) has made recorded copies of its popular thrice-monthly E-Session training program available for download for the first time ever. In the past, E-Sessions were only available live. E-Sessions have always been a great way for individuals in the solid waste field to keep up-to-date on industry happenings, and with the new availability of recorded E-Sessions, this training is available at any time.
"We are pleased to be able to offer solid waste professionals the flexibility to learn from E-Sessions on their own schedules," said John H. Skinner, Ph.D., Executive Director and CEO of SWANA. "In the past, people who were unavailable at the times of the live E-Sessions regrettably missed out. We wanted to offer everyone the opportunity to learn about the current industry topics discussed in SWANA's E-Sessions."
E-Sessions cover a different industry topic each month, and occur live once each week on the second, third, and fourth weeks of every month. Recorded E-Sessions from January 2007 and later are now available at the SWANA Store.
The Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA) is an organization of more than 10,000 public and private sector professionals committed to advancing from solid waste management to resource management through their shared emphasis on education, advocacy, and research.
