Silver Spring, MD – The Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA) is recognized as a leading subject matter expert concerning the current challenges and opportunities facing recycling. EPA will announce the first-ever voluntary national recycling goals at its Summit on November 17. A proposed National Recycling Strategy will also be discussed. Biderman will be a featured speaker during the Summit, and will discuss implementation of the National Recycling Strategy and Goals.
