SWANA Invoices – We Heard You!

• Watch for your membership dues invoice by email about three months before the expiration date.

• Only one invoice will be mailed, which happens about two months before expiration if payment has not been received.

• Documents that may be requested by your organization are available with the click of a button!
  • W-9 with our new mailing address
  • ACH form for easy electronic payments
• Individual dues can be paid online by logging into www.swana.org, click on your profile under "Welcome" with your name to find the Renew Now button.

You can continue to renew your memberships by credit card over the phone by calling (800) 467-9262 between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. ET. Membership staff can also be reached at membership@swana.org.
