Today is National Pumpkin Day! What better way to celebrate than to practice upcycling?
According to Merriam-Webster, upcycling is defined as "to recycle (something) in such a way that the resulting product is of a higher value than the original item: to create an object of greater value from (a discarded object of lesser value)."
There are many ways to upcycle your leftover Halloween pumpkins. Here are just a few.
