On March 17, 2010 Senators Kerry, Lieberman and Graham released additional details of their proposed bill to regulate greenhouse gases. The bill would significantly improve the prospects for carbon credits for landfill methane reduction projects. The bill would include eight separate titles which would do the following:
This bill will be discussed in detail at the North American Carbon Credit Summit which will take place Wednesday April 14, 2010 in Reno, Nevada.
