These "Transitions" will be memorialized in I Am SWANA News articles and shared with the member community. Let’s check out some members who are on the move!

Tiffany Howlett, City of Germantown TN, formerly Administrative Assistant, Public Works; has been promoted to City of Germantown TN Sanitation & Administrative Coordinator, Public Works—Here is what one resident said about Tiffany’s work ethic: “I’m hoping this gets to the right person with Germantown sanitation. I want to compliment Tiffany Howlett. I called this morning and left a message with her about broken glass in the street and liquid garbage mixed in from yesterday’s pickup in The Vineyards neighborhood. I received a call back from her within 10 minutes. I explained to her about our roads. Within 15 minutes from our conversation, she was in my neighborhood to see for herself what was going on. She was very kind and personable. She was interested in taking care of our concerns. She took pictures and even cleaned the glass up herself! I was extremely impressed with her work ethic! I just wanted to notify the person who is Tiffany’s boss, and let them know that she is an outstanding addition to the City of Germantown.”
Kaitlin Matteson, formerly Assistant Manager of Waste Disposal, has recently been promoted to Manager of Waste Disposal & Recycling with the Columbus Consolidated Government, Columbus, Georgia.
