Voting Begins for Private Sector Director—Sales

Ballots are being distributed to all private sector and small business members of SWANA to vote on a candidate for the open Private Sector Director– Sales position on SWANA’s Advisory Board.

Five candidates applied to fill the open seat through June 2022:

• Jonathan Baltic, BrandArmor Technologies
• Charles Cook, Peterbilt Motors Company
• Rob Donahue, Lytx, Inc.
• David Kaminski, QED Environmental Systems, Inc.
• Ed Renna, PRECO Electronics

The person elected will be one of seven individuals specifically representing the interests of private sector members in SWANA’s governance. The Sales position is intended to provide a clear voice for members selling equipment and supplies in the industry. This is a very important role in the coming years as SWANA begins working this fall on its next five-year strategic plan and continues to look for ways to advance the work of the Association.

Electronic ballots were distributed July 22 and must be returned by 12:00 p.m. EDT August 4. Eligible private sector and small business members that don’t receive a ballot by July 23 should email sbixby@swana.org to request an alternative ballot.
