MentorMatch Enrollment Deadline Approaching: 1 Day Remaining

Fall enrollment for SWANA’s premier mentorship program, MentorMatch, is open until tomorrow, November 10, 2023.

SWANA’s MentorMatch is the perfect place to pair up experienced solid waste professionals willing to share their expertise with colleagues, young professionals, and students looking for guidance or information to help advance their careers in the solid waste management and recycling industry.>

This program allows both mentors and mentees to grow professionally and personally through each interaction with other SWANA members.

Mentors will be matched with mentees selected for the program starting in November 2023. The course of the program will run for four months.

As a mentor, you can:

• Share your knowledge and expertise with others
• Pay it forward
• Enhance your leadership skills
• Build lasting business and personal relationships with colleagues
• Provide an important bridge to the future of solid waste and recycling management.
• Identify young leaders for the continuing success of SWANA!

Due to the overwhelming number of prospective mentees to the program, there will be a limited number of mentees selected for the program.

Note: We now offer two sessions in the Fall and Spring for mentorships with limited spots available for matches per session.
