Safety Meeting Hosted in Fairfax, VA

David Biderman participated in a recent safety meeting at the Fairfax County Department of Public Works and Environmental Services (DPWES) with personnel from the Washington D.C. Department of Public Works and Fire Department. Virginia chapter Safety Ambassador Dennis Batts from DPWES coordinated the meeting and Duane Hendricks presented on the department’s safety program.

We encourage other members to consider regional meetings on safety issues to discuss and share best practices, plan upcoming events, and help improve the industry’s safety record.
