Pamela Peck

Pam Peck is the Policy and Compliance Program Director at Metro where she oversees materials management policy and program development and solid waste facility standards and compliance for the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area. Pam represents Metro on Oregon’s Recycling Steering Committee, a group of representatives from governments and businesses that play a role in Oregon’s recycling system convened in response to recycling markets challenges in 2018. The group is working together to determine how to keep Oregon’s recycling programs strong and resilient for the future. Prior to her current position she managed waste reduction and recycling policy and program development for Metro. Pam is a graduate of the University of Vermont where she studied political science and communications, and she recently completed Portland State Univerisity’s collaborative governance graduate certificate.
