Charles Cook has been with PACCAR and Peterbilt for more than 28 years, starting on the manufacturing line. For eight years as a marketing manager, he helped lead product development and now as a vocational manager for the refuse industry, he supports public and private refuse fleets across North America providing guidance on truck specifications and new technology for enhanced safety and efficiency. Mr. Cook is a member of the Texas SWANA Chapter and the Collection & Transfer Technical Division. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
